INCORPORACIÓN AL ARTÍCULO 30 DE LA LEY DE TRÁNSITO

Nº 24.449 .- CREACIÓN DE UN DISPOSITVO DE SEGURIDAD EN LOS AUTOMOTORES PARA EVITAR QUE SE DESARROLLEN VELOCIDADES SUPERIORES A 130 KM. POR HORA.-

Artículo 1º) Agréguese al Título V - Capitulo I - Artículo 30 de la Ley Nº 24.449 el siguiente inciso:

p) Un dispositivo de bloqueo de velocidad cuando el automotor supere los 130 Km. por hora.- El mismo deberá ser incluido dentro del vehículo por las fábricas de automóviles, tanto nacionales como importados.-La reglamentación establecerá la forma y modo en que el mismo se implementará.-

Artículo 2º) Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.-
